?Inter Milan look as though they could be making progress with their intention to sign Nice left-back Dalbert, which will provide blows for rumoured interested parties Arsenal and Liverpool.
Dalbert has emerged as one of the best left-backs in the French league after a terrific season with Nice, and has had interest from the Premier League duo already this window.
The 23-year-old's stock has risen immensely as a result of the performance levels he showed in Ligue 1 during his debut campaign, and could leave the club after joining from Vitoria de Guimaraes.
Arsenal have already brought in Bosnian full-back Sead Kolasinac this summer, but are thought to be in the market for another left-back with Kieran Gibbs expected to move on.
Liverpool are also still in the market for a left-back with Alberto Moreno set to be sold and James Milner to be reverted back to a conventional midfield role.
Dalbert has informed Nice of his desire to leave the club this summer, and will hold out for a move to Inter even if a fee is agreed with another team.
