English side Everton are lining up double bid for Arsenal striker Lucas Perez and Malaga’s highly rated Sandro.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is already planning life without 26 goal top scorer and is ready to replace Romelu Lukaku as Chelsea and Manchester United continue to battle for the Belgian. Everton have slapped a world-record of £100m price tag on Lukaku, who has refused a new £140,000-a-week offer to stay.
Whether Lukaku stays or leaves, Koeman will have to strengthen his attacking options following the exit of Arouna Kone as a free agent while on-loan Enner Valencia will return to West Ham. Perez, who joined Arsenal for £17m, wants to leave after just one season and boss Arsene Wenger will not stand in his way. Everton are also confident of landing Spanish Under-21 star Sandro, who has a release clause allowing him to leave Malaga for just £5m.
Perez has had limited opportunities under Wenger making only two starts and being used as substitute nine times in the league while Sandro has made 31 appearances for Malaga, netting 16 goals in all competitions.
