The Nigeria Professional Football League fixture against Nasarawa United is anticipated to be a tough game, but FC IfeanyiUbah coach Yaw Preko says his side will approach the tie with calm nerves.
FC IfeanyiUbah are coming from a 3-1 victory over bottom placed Remo Stars in Wednesday’s rescheduled game, and hope to be riding on the winning spirit at the Lafia Township Stadium on Sunday.
- It's certainly another game on the road for us, but this time the good thing is that we approach this game with some calm nerves having returned to winning ways with good goals in the last game we played at home. I made some research about them and I can deduce that Nasarawa United are a good team, Preko said.
- Last two seasons they finished third on the log which necessitated their participation in CAF competition and same season they also lost to us in the finals of the Federation Cup. We will approach this game in all confidence with the hope of taking all the three points at stake.
FC IfeanyiUbah are currently 13th on the log with 14 points amassed in 11 matches played while their opponents are seated on 16th position on the NPFL log having collected 13 points in 12 matches played.
